Need to know your balance on your property? No problem, contact our treasurer by Email or Mail. Please be patient our treasurer and all board members are volunteers doing their best to serve you.
Paying with Zelle
Step 1
Access Zelle® — Enroll your email address or U.S. mobile number through your banking app.
Step 2
Find the organization you want to pay — Enter the preferred email address huroniaheights@gmail.com
Step 3
Choose the amount — Enter the amount you’d like to send. The HOA gets a notification letting them know you sent them payment. If they’re already enrolled with Zelle®, they’ll typically receive your payment in minutes.
Association Dues
Every property owner is required to pay an annual association fee. Payments are due by the 30th of June each year. Property owners will receive a written notice of the amount due one month prior to due date. A late fee of $10.00 will be assessed on any delinquent accounts. The dues are $275 a year for property with a house and additional $20 per full lot $10.00 per half lot that is attached. Vacant Lot is $105 per year. CLICK HERE TO CONTACT TREASURER
Lot owners are required to pay dues and assessments, which are used to maintain the resort properties. The Huronia Heights Association is authorized to lien the property and collect Association dues including interest, cost and attorney fees pursuant to the Summer Resort Act of 1929, section MCL 455.219 which provides: Member’s dues and assessments: Sec. 19 {1} The board of trustees may require that the members of a corporation pay annual dues and special assessments for any purpose authorized under this act. If payment is not received with in 30 days of the due date, a lien against your property may be filed. A letter will be sent out to the property owner prior to placing any lein. There will be an administrative fee of $125.00 and a $30.00 lien processing fee that will be added to your balance if a lien is filed.
