Association Dues Increase

At our Annual Meeting (August2022), the general membership voted for a Due Increase. Please keep in mind your annual dues go towards; weekly trash pick-up year-round, maintenance of common areas, beautification of association signs/parks, electric bill for street lights and our annual social events.

Additional Half Lot: $ 10

Additional Full Lot: $ 20

IN LOVE WITH LEXINGTON

Huronia Heights is just a short drive to the charming Downton Lexington. There are may unique shops and restaurants to visit downtown. Golf courses are also near by.

A PLACE TO BE

It's no coincidence that Huronia Heights has become such a popular retreat. Close enough that city amenities are almost just around the corner but far enough to get away from it all. Huronia Heights offers several parks and beaches for your enjoyment.

2022 Beautification Awards

The Huronia Heights Board and Karen Ellis, Beautification Chairman would like to congratulate the winners of 2022!! This year went very well and as always I would like to thank all the volunteers for their hard work with the gardens, flagpoles, flower pots, beaches, benches and picnic tables. Also thanks for pitching in to help keep the stairways free of the greenery in between the normal maintenance. Everything is looking fantastic this year and we are taking pride in our community. The flower beds look great! The goal for the last 4 years is paying off with the perennials. By planting perennials we have saved money by not buying annuals. We will still continue to plant some annuals but not as many as years past. One thing I do ask is please don't over plant the beds as it starts to looks overcrowded. If you want to separate some plants ask around first to see if another bed could use them. Also don't make changes to the signs or beds without asking first. We have an annual budget that might or might not be able to expense it. I am very flexible when it comes to change but all the signs have to look the same as they belong to Huronia Heights not the individual taking care of them. With that being said we have chosen the two winners for this years beautification awards and they are:Jodie Kandler, 7446 Lakeview and Mark and Angela Snyder, 7468 Elmwood. I would like to congratulate both homeowners and if you get a chance go take a look.Wishing everyone a very happy summer, enjoy yourselves and be safe. Again a huge thanks to all who helped make our community look a little better this year. One person alone cannot do everything, but a village can.
